Returns
We run a quality check on each item before dispatching, to ensure that only quality products are delivered to you. Still on account of human error, if there is ever a lapse, you can contact us with a video proof of the faulty/incomplete dress. The video should be one made at the time of unboxing the packaged parcel you recieved.
Complains
Complains should be claimed within 2-3 days of receiving the package.
